Under The Eaves loves Gundagai.

Jun 22, 2017

Under The Eaves has come with a well-timed run to get the cash continuing her good record around the Gundagai circuit.

Relishing the softer conditions and stripping fitter from a sound return at Nowra, the Daughter of Eavesdropper settled back from the draw and appeared to travel well as the leaders poured it on upfront.

As they made there runs, Brodie still had a tight rein on the flashy type who began picking her way through the field at the 500m. She offered a nice sprint once balanced around the dog-leg and came away to score by nearly a length on Annie Pru ($6.50) with Ain't She A Dane a neck away in third ($7).

Rarely does she not put in, recording her second win at Gundagai and third overall with another ten minor placings from just the twenty four starts.  Owners spread far and wide to endure shares in her including the winner of the annual Heads and Tails Competition at the Joseph Jones Racing Raceday back in 2014.
